Vernon Youth Football & Cheer (VYF&C) is a nonprofit 501(c) organization committed to the athletic and academic improvement of our children.  Our goal is to not only teach the fundamentals of the sport, but to promote sportsmanship and teamwork, encourage each child to be confident and successful in their own development and ensure that the family has a positive experience.

The goal of our organization is to provide a safe and fun opportunity for the kids of our community to learn and improve their skills and abilities in both football and cheerleading.  Since 1993, we have been among the leaders in youth football and cheerleading in North Jersey.  Many of our kids have gone on to play high school and college football.
